个人简历:
郑将辉博士,副教授、博士生导师。入选福建省高层次人才、厦门大学南强青年拔尖人才项目。2011年本科毕业于同济大学,2017年获厦门大学工学博士学位,2016至2017年期间在新南威尔士大学太阳能之父Martin Green院士课题组进行博士联合培养,随后留组继续从事博士后研究,2021年加入悉尼大学担任研究员,2024年加入厦门大学电子科学与技术学院。长期从事光电材料与器件应用基础研究,包括新型高效率低成本叠层太阳能电池、钙钛矿太阳能电池、下转换太阳能电池、稀土及量子点发光材料、照明及显示用LED及micro-LED器件,取得过多次大面积硅钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池的世界效率记录。已在Nature Materials, Joule, Energy & Environmental Science,Advanced Energy Materials,ACS Energy Letters, Applied Physics Reviews, PRL等高水平期刊发表论文90余篇,其中第一作者及通讯作者(含共同)发表31篇,总引用5200余次,H因子39。发表英文图书章节1篇,授权中国国家发明专利13项,申请澳洲/国际发明专利3项,授权国家软件著作权登记3项。
